GIRLS WATER POLO PROGRAM 2010/2011
LBHS Girls Water Polo is one the finest sports programs that Laguna Beach High School has to offer. Orange Coast League Champions the last four years and CIF finalist three years ago and semi-finalist two years ago, CIF CHAMPIONS last year and semi finalist again this year.. The girl’s water polo team finished the last three seasons at the top of both the CIF and county polls. Bringing several starters back next year we hope to compete once again for a CIF Southern Section Championship. Beyond winning and loosing LBHS Water Polo provides young men and women with life lessons through hard work and dedication. We offer an active summer program which features a training and game schedule that will serve to acclimate our athletes to their upcoming season. As a team we take pride in our year round commitment and team work both as athletes and as students. Our goal for each athlete is to become a student first and an athlete second and to give each student/athlete an opportunity to further their athletic and academic career.
